Frame Breaker
The upgrade is the board, not the ball. After every stage you pick a part and bolt it onto your steel frame: walls link up, ceilings tilt and extra launchers appear. A one-thumb drag-to-shoot brick breaker roguelite you can play right in your browser.
Key Features
- 24 parts that rebuild the board: After each stage, pick one of three. Parts bolt onto five sockets (wall, ceiling, floor, corner, launcher), and every offer includes at least one part that changes the path of the balls, such as wrap walls, tilted walls, bounce pads and extra launchers.
- An aim line with damage numbers: While you drag, the aim line shows the expected damage (-4) on every brick it will hit. Test shots even preview the result of a whole volley, so every shot is a small puzzle.
- One hand, portrait: Drag with one finger on a portrait screen to aim, release and the balls fly out in a stream. On a computer, the mouse and keyboard work the same way.
- 9 stages and 3 bosses: 3 chapters of 3 stages make a run of about 5 to 9 minutes. There are 8 brick types, and stages 3, 6 and 9 are bosses. After your first clear, Overheat levels 1 to 5 unlock.
- Workshop and daily board: Spend the bolts you collect on new balls (6 starting balls), locked parts and permanent upgrades. A daily board, the same for everyone, is set by the date. There are no random loot boxes.
How to Use
- Pick a starting ball and begin a run.
- Drag a finger (or the mouse) on the board to aim and release to fire.
- After each stage, choose one of three parts and bolt it onto the frame.
- Beat the bosses through all 9 stages, then spend your bolts in the workshop.
How It Works
Built around rebuilding the board instead of fusing balls. The rules and physics are deterministic code kept apart from the screen and checked by automated tests, and bots played full runs to tune the difficulty. Our Js drew the board, bricks, parts and screens in code; the 4 backgrounds, 3 boss pictures and the app icon were made with generative AI (Google Gemini), then picked and edited by our Js. AI tools were also used during development.
Where to Access
Play instantly in a phone or computer web browser, no install needed. The game is available in Korean and English. An Android app is on the way.
